This ring g is gorgeous but......I had this ring for about 3 weeks and I was playing with my puppy an my ring snagged, an because its a ring with a space, meaning it's not completely circular it has a 4 to 5 mm gap my ring snagged an the gold is so delicate that it straightened so easy an when I tried to bend it back to shape the diamond fell out, The metal on this ring is so weak that any little thing it will bend super easy,The second time I had to bring it in to zales to have it serviced was literally a week an half later because I was wearing it normally put my hands in my pocket an when I took my hand out of my pocket its caught my pocket an once again it bent straight up so super easy,at this point I was like this is not normal, no good beautiful ring like this should snag an bend so easy..so I had to bring it back to zales for them to fix it for a second time,at this point in the 5 months I had this ring i literally only wore it ,MAYBE 1 MONTH AN A WEEK...so when I go to pick up my repaired ring for a 2nd time, I put it on the finger I normally wear an they actually sized it 1.5 sizes smaller,instead of the 8.5 size I originally ordered I received it in a size 7.Now mind you ,I have been waiting for this ring to be fixed for over a month an when I get it they couldn't even size it correctly.I asked the sales rep do they not look at the originally size it was purchased with.So now im having to send this ring back a 3rd time because the jeweler didn't pay attention to the size it needed to be,they just did a standard size 7. At this point I really dont want this ring,its not a good make,if the ring was stronger it would bend so easy when you catch it on something. Now the return process, my my my, I went to zales in lakeside shopping center to get this ring fixed,The Manager Kristina,when we spoke about this ring is not working out,Keep in mind I buy all my jewelry from zales an kay Jewelers, you would think that this store would want to accommodate you,well Kristina the store manager was full of promises, meaning Melinda im going to put a note on my locker so I dont forget to call my manager to see what we can do,now this is the day my ring had to be sent back for the third time,she told me that if the people that are going to fix my ring if they deem it to be not fixable or that the ring design isnt feasible to keep fixing then she would be able to get her manager to give me a credit,.Kristina literally was standing there talking to me looking up an using her hands alot,NOT one time did she look me in the face an actually talk to me ,looking at me straight to my face,she looked away from me the whole time,I knew then she was talking smack,because Kristina didn't call me not one time to touch base with me,I've been to that store 5 different times in total to have some kind of resolution, in fact the time before last when I walked in there to talk to Kristina, one of the other ladies approached me an i told her I would like to speak with Kristina she said ok hold on an ill get her,well I said very low to my self but out loud, "I hope she'll be able to help me because she has been full of broken promises, at that moment I heard her tell Kristina what I had said,not that I cared that she said something honestly I was hoping maybe I'll get some kind of results ,well at the end of the day ..I wore this ring for a total of 1 month an a few weeks out of 6 months ,the solution that Kristina offered me was ,the extra warranty i paid for gone,bye bye,money waisted,then I purchased my ring on zales outlet where you can get some amazing deals,well I can't exchange my ring out an be able to pick something on line like I originally purchased this ring, nooo I have to swap the ring out for something in-store where the prices are very expensive....sorry this is so long but Kristina gave me alot of broken promises, if you tell someone your going to call them,PLEASE CALL THEM BACK..Don't wait or hope for the situation to dissappear, Because Guess What,the problem will never go away until you fix it
