Fashioned in sterling silver, this gracefully looping heart features a ribbon of bright purple amethysts and another of lab-created white sapphires set along one side. Polished to a brilliant shine, this heart suspends close to hers along an 18.0-inch cable chain that secures with a spring-ring clasp.
