Nestled one inside the other, this duo of diamond hearts is a sweet symbol of your romantic love. Fashioned in cool 10K white gold, this unique design features two open hearts, each lined with shimmering round diamonds, joined by a looping ribbon set with brilliant baguette-cut diamonds. Sparkling with 1/2 ct. t.w. of diamonds and a bright polished shine, this heart suspends slightly askew along an 18.0-inch rope chain and secures with a spring-ring clasp.
