Created in precious 10K rose gold, this design features a 6.0 x 4.0mm pear-shaped regal red garnet suspended from an array of stones - oval-shaped garnets, oval-shaped and round bright purple amethyst, and dainty rich pink tourmalines - in a "Y"- shaped arrangement. Polished to a bright shine, this design suspends centered along an 18.0-inch cable chain that secures with a lobster claw clasp.
