Online Entry Form using links provided.
Limit: One entry per person. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 8/31/08
in order to be eligible. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses,
under multiple identities or through the use of any agent or other device to
enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. Information
collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to
notify winners and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Zales Outlet
(the "Sponsor"), or any third parties.
PRIZE/DRAWING

One (1) Grand Prize: A gift card valued at $500 valid at any
Zales Outlet location
A
random drawing will be held on or about 9/6/08 from among all eligible entries
received by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and
binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winner will be
notified either by certified mail and/or phone within seven (7) days of the
drawing. Potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility
and liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and
State tax release, and return same, properly executed, via overnight mail,
within 14 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return documents as
specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result
in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential
alternate winner. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize. Taxes on prize are the
sole responsibility of the winner. Entrants also consent to the use of his/her
name/likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where
prohibited by law. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is
allowed. Odds of winning any prize are dependent upon the number of eligible
entries received. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the
responsibility of the winners.

official rules, including all eligibility requirements. Use of any automated
entry software is prohibited. Entrants hereby release Sponsor and its parent,
affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and
all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents,
successors and assigns (collectively "Releasees"),
from any claims, losses, actions, or damages, whether actual, incidental or consequential
arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes, use
or misuse of any prize. Releasees and any telephone
network or service providers are not responsible for late, lost, stolen,
illegible, incomplete, misdirected mail, incorrect or inaccurate transcription
of entry information, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions,
lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failures
of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, inability to access
any web site or online service, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any
other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or
downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or any other technical or other
error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered
are void. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as
planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any
portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the
Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by
entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor's sole
opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity,
or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify
any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, modify or suspend
this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is
cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the
prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received for the drawing
prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
